This beautiful region contains a large variety of deep sky objects, such as open clusters, emission and reflection nebulae, herbig-haro objects, and even a few galaxies. LBN 1022 is the bright nebula in the center of the image. NGC 2309 is the open cluster in the upper center. vdB 87 is lower left. This image is in the region near M50.
