The largest emission nebula in the sky, the Tarantula Nebula (also known as NGC 2070 or 30 Doradus) is located in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) in the southern hemisphere at about 170,000 light year from Earth.Image obtained with different filters (SII 5x 2min, Ha 20x 2min, [OIII] 11x 2min, H-beta 10x 2min, L(IR) 2x 2min, IR 4x 2min, R 8x 2min, G 5x 2min).
