The largest emission nebula in the sky, the Tarantula Nebula (also known as NGC 2070 or 30 Doradus) is located in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) in the southern hemisphere at about 170,000 light year from Earth.Image obtained with a 1,5m danish telescope at La Silla Chile.
