A 50 ton plant-eating Sauroposeidon strolls through the shallow waters of a river delta while a pair of carnivorous Acrocanthosaurus think better of trying to bring down the massive sauropod. The location is the Western Interior Seaway 110 million years ago during the Early Cretaceous Period in what is today southeastern Oklahoma. Acrocanthosaurus was a large bipedal predator, one of the largest of its day. It is known for the high spines that ran along its back.
