Aerial view of the old Ariane Launch Complex no.1 (ELA-1) at the Guiana Space Center (CSG), Europe's space port. The ELA-1 is now refurbished for ESA's Vega vehicles. Next to the ELA-1 is the ELA-2 Launch Zone (ZL-2) with its 86-m-high mobile service gantry. In the background is the ELA-3 Final Assembly Building (BAF), where Ariane 5 launchers are mated with their payloads.
