Galaxies M105, NGC 3384 and NGC 3389 in Leo

M105 (bottom) is a type E1 elliptical galaxy and the brightest member of the Leo I galaxy grouping. The entire group is about 40 million light-years away. Also visble are galaxies NGC 3384 (above and right of center), which is part of the Leo I group, and NGC 3389 (top left), which is a more distant background galaxy.
