Image Size 300 DPI: 35 * 21 cm

This image shows Fomalhaut and its dust ring. Images taken by the Hubble space telescope (HST, at left), Herschel telescope (middle) and Alma telescope (at right). Fomalhaut is much hotter than our Sun, 15 times as bright, and lies 25 light-years from Earth. An exoplanet was discovered in its dust ring but Alma observations seem to prove this planet doesn't exist.
